call went out at 22:54 tuesday night for a single car MVA with ejection. units arriving on scene found one Pt. out of the vehicle on the ground with Injuries and ALOC. firefighters helped the crew from Medic 25 with packaging and loading the Pt. as well as working traffic control with only one lane open. Units on scene: Wagon 25, Salvage 25, Medic 25,  Orange County Sheriff''s Office, and VA State Police.
