Dispatched at 03:45 hours, barboursville firefighters responded to a reported single vehicle off the road. units arriving on scene found a small car off the roadway partly submerged in high water that had come from a heavy storm that pasted over the area earlier that day. units on scene: Wagon 25, Chief 25-1, and Orange County Medic 25.

Company 25 was toned for a 2 car motor vehicle accident at 7:52 A.M. with heavy damage and entrapment to both vehicles. Company 25 responded with Wagon 25, Salvage 25 as well as Car 25. Company 25 extricated one patient while Squad 23 extricated the other.
